The body adapts to everything we ask of it. Stress, old injuries, repetitive movement, and years of compensation can gradually create patterns of restriction that affect how we move, feel, and function. Often, we don't notice those changes until something we enjoy becomes more difficult..

My practice combines hands-on myofascial release with integrative acupuncture to help restore healthy movement, calm the nervous system, and support your body's natural healing processes. Every session is individualized, unhurried, and designed around what your body needs that day.
